Scott Thompson
I graduated from Central Washington University in 1995, receiving my bachelor’s degree in Science and Leisure Service/Travel Tourism. I worked in the other sectors of the travel industry in Tahoe, and for Holland America and Carnival Cruise Lines. Travel has been a major part of my life since I took my first cruise at age 14.
 
I have traveled throughout the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, Hawaii and South Pacific, usually hunting up the best golf courses. Golf packages through out the world are my specialty.

Norma Jean Diaz

I joined the staff at Total Travel in 1998 after a 17-year career in banking. My husband, Manny, and I travel every chance we get. Although we love all types of travel, our favorites include cruising (23 so far) and everything Disney. I have earned Elite Cruise Counselor status with Cruise Lines International Association. I currently have Commodore status with both Princess Lines and Cunard Lines. Top destinations include Europe, Caribbean, All Disney and Hawaii.

I have been in the Travel Industry for over 5 years. I love having the opportunity to create that one of a kind memorable vacation. Whether it is a relaxing trip, a romantic getaway, a Wedding, or a large group, I want to make your vacation one you will treasure forever. I have completed many destination certifications including Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, Mexico, The Hawaiian Islands, Kenya, Disney World and Disneyland, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Cunard, and Disney Cruise Lines, as well as many other areas throughout the United States. I am always working on continuing my education, so my clients can feel that they can entrust all their travel needs and arrangements with me.

I chose the travel industry 23 years ago because of the excitement of the world’s destinations, the enjoyment of working with people in planning their travel and the challenge of the technology that makes everything work. The travel industry has had many difficult times during this period. As a member of the Tzell Travel Group and our affiliation with Signature Travel Network, we are able to continue to provide personal service to our clients with the advantage of these very strong relationships. Travel is an important part of my life. I have been with Total Travel since 1988. Favorite destinations include Africa, Europe, particularly Portugal, South Pacific, China, Hawaii and Mexico. My husband, Mark, and I look forward to continue to explore the world.
